Ayttm User Manual

Ayttm is a unified multi-protocol Instant Messaging client that allows you to stay in touch with your contacts across multiple protocols through one conventient interface. This manual helps you know Ayttm better and use it to its full potential according to your needs. I assume that you have successfully installed Ayttm and got it running. From there on this manual should take you further toward IM heaven :-) [Installation instructions can be found in the INSTALL file provided with the source.]

Please note that this is only a user manual so don't contact me if you are having troubles installing Ayttm, you find some bugs or you want to request for a new feature. Even I have to ask around for installation instructions etc.

However, feel free to contact me if you think that this manual is in error somewhere or I have left out a feature that was recently added to Ayttm.

Some Conventions

There are some conventions that are followed in this manual. We denote navigation of the menus using the > notation. That is, Files > Sign on All means that you should click on the 'File' menu and then click on the 'Sign on All' item. Bold words indicate an item that is present on the screenshot being referred to in a discussion. 'Context Menu' refers to the pop-up menu that appears when you right-click on some item.
