The ::instantiate signal creates a new instance of plugin.

Default handler:

The default handler is called after the handlers added via g_signal_connect().

The samplerate.

buffer_size

The fixed buffer size.

Return value

Type: gpointer

The new plugin instance.

The data is owned by the called function.
The return value can be NULL.
