Our documentation and this website are covered by the GNU Free Documentation License.

Copyrights on our work are attributed to "Metacosm development team".

We don't use GIF pictures. Nor in GUI interfaces, nor in the documentation, nor in the website. Reasons are

External dependencies:

• (GPL), Java Serialization for XML
• (LGPL), XML Parser for Java
• (LGPL), Java Logging API for JDKs prior to 1.4

19-May-2002: Xerces and Log4j (under Apache license 1.1) replaced respectively by Piccolo and Lumberjack (LGPL). Removed due to GPL violation (incompatibility between Apache license 1.1 and GPL)
