SDX Entity Resolver Class.
An SDXResolver is an Entity Resolver which allows the addition of multiple catalog files.
These catalogs can be in the format supported by org.apache.xml.resolver.tools.CatalogResolver
An SDX Application configuration file (in XML format) is responsible for defining catalogs which will be loaded at startup.
