Human Races

Humans have a good knowlege of mechanics and they know how to form stones and wood into forms they like. Their buildings can therefore have wellformed shapes and don't have to obey the natural forms of the construction materials, but they are also very big. Humans are very solicitous about their city's defense. That's why they can only build in the near of defensive buildings like towers, but that's also a reason for their good defense. If an enemy will really knock down their incredible good defense and will approach their market place, the town bell will be ringed and all workers will come to the market place to help defending the city.

Humans are a very progressive and solicitious people. That's why their defense is the best of all races in Aleona. At the beginning, their units are pretty bad, but through upgrades and research they develop to the most powerfull units.

Humans are structured in several kingdoms and tribes. The two greates and most important are the Talimus Kingdom and the Highlanders. They're both settling on the same island of Talimus; while the Talimus live in the plains, the Highlanders live on the hills. Their border has been formed through a bloody and long war, which had come to an end some time ago though. They're now living in "peace". The Talimus are the most progressive and strongest kingdom of the humans. They have the most knowledge and the biggest armies. The Talimus are totally independent of magic since they had banished their mages from Talimus a long, long time ago. The Highlanders are not so strict and tend more to the nature than Talimus. Some of the Humans also became bandits which are now scattered all over Aleona lurking for quarry. They are sneaky and insidious. To move quickly between one place and another, where there's more quarry, they build tents instead of billets to accommodate their soldiers, which are hired or stolen instead of trained. The bandits are only of a pretty small amount though.
