texi2latex converts Texinfo documentation file to monolithic LaTeX files ready to be processed by latex and pdflatex. The package dependencies of the LaTeX file are automatically reduced to a minimum.
texi2latex covers the whole Texinfo specification, in particular floats, tables, indices, and multi-language support. Moreover, the resulting LaTeX contains a lot of hook macros that you can override to change the default layout almost arbitrarily and yet rather easily.
texi2latex is not part of the standard Texinfo distribution.
This manual is for texi2latex (version 0.9.4), which is a conversion tool from Texinfo to LaTeX.
