rt-liberation is available via GNU ELPA: invoke M-x list-packages in your Emacs to find it.
rt-liberation is hosted and developed on Savannah. Get a copy of the repo with:
git clone git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/rtliber.git
The fine manual is shipped with the distribution, and is also available online.
