This is everything RoboTracker can do as of version 0.7.2. It's simple, but it works :))

This is the initial screen on opening the application. Features are:
- Elapsed time label: amount of time since the current task was selected.
- Close task button: pressing this marks the current task "closed". Once a task is closed, it is no longer selectable. When this button is pressed, the "Nothing" task becomes selected.
- Task List: whichever task is selected is the "current task". For each task, the system measures the length of time for which it is the current task.
- Project Organiser Button: this button pops up the Organiser window, see below.
- Create Task button: this button pops up the Create Task Dialog, see below.
- Stories button: this button pops up the Stories Dialog. This dialog is useless and was a design mistake; it will be removed. Hence, it is not shown here. However, it contains the Create Story Button, which pops up the Create Story Dialog, for which see below.
- Report Button: pops up the Report Dialog, see below.
- Close Button: closes all windows and exits the application. The currently selected task remains selected however, so if you come back a week later, it will appear that you have been working on the same task for a week ...

This is the Create Story Dialog; the user enters the name of the story, and a description as free text. As mentioned above, this dialog is reached via the Stories Dialog, which is not shown here due to embarrassment of the author.

This is the Create Task Dialog; the user enters the name of the task, and the estimated time to complete the task.

This is the Organiser Window. It shows a tree-view of stories and tasks. It is useful for visualising relationships among tasks, but not much real use as yet.

This is the "Create Report" dialog. Reporting is tricky stuff. Here are the options to consider:
The period of the report (start/end).
The user can either enter start and end points directly at the top, or choose a shortcut from the "Quick Period Select" list. This list automatically populates the start and end points in the fields at the top. Using the list will never produce an end point in the future. It is still possible to manually enter an end point in the future; however, this tends to generate nonsensical elapsed-time results. All reports operate on data relating to the selected period, unless otherwise indicated.
The type of the report.
The final report is the concatenation of each selected report type. Available types are (a) Load-Factor, which calculates the ratio of CT/EE, where CT is the elapsed clock time from start to end of the report period, and EE is the expended effort to complete the selected tasks. (b) Expended Effort, which shows the amount of time spent on the selected tasks. (c) Raw Event Log, which simply lists task-switch events as they took place. This reports on all tasks in the selected period, ignoring the set of selected tasks.
The Tasks to include in the report.
By default, "Nothing" is excluded. Unless otherwise indicated, all reports operate on the set of selected tasks.
The report is updated instantly as period/task/report-type selections are changed. The report is editable, allowing the user to make insertions, deletions, or otherwise falsify the information, as well as insert annotations. Because the report is updated instantly, all edits will be lost if selections are changed after an edit. Hence, it is wise to ascertain that the selections are correct before making alterations. The Save As Button saves the text of the report as it appears, in the selected file.
