It uses libglade to avoid most of interface code.
The current version has no interface for editing preferences so you need to edit config.xml by hand to add or modify a RSS source. Suppression works fine with the interface :-)
rbRSS is currently available in English and French.
0.1 is out but threading needs great improvment. I'll try to have a 0.2 next week (end of October).
