012-mange

For various reasons I lost my graphical monitor, and dug out an old Toshiba T5100 portable from circa 1989. 386 at 16 MHz, 40 MB HD (broken), 2 MB RAM, EGA-compatible monitor showing four shades of orange; suffices as a serial terminal for my real computer. With Screen and Emacs, it's no great suffering.

The keyboard is the point, though. Right size, right Ctrl key placement, right weight and feel, simply wonderful. It is marked as Swedish, but has the differences to US QWERTY printed on the sides of the keys, and I use a standard Dvorak layout.

Attached are a close picture of the keyboard and a view of the monitor, browsing the Ratpoison web page in Lynx. The monitor looks much better viewed with my eyes than with a camera.
