Power Applet for GNOME

The power applet is resurrected. I had an old tarball of Eskil's code lying around
which was modified to work as far as I just needed it.
The code is now in CVS
(thanks to the savannah team for providing the community with these ressources). It still
needs lots of love, but I hope that I (or someone else) will find the time to go on
working on this applet.
You can pick the latest release bundle directly or look for special versions directly
in the download area of savannah.
