6.2 No communication between the controller and the target

If you see the message ‘The target device is not responding to the programmer. Is the programmer connected to the debug port?’ then it is likely that the controller is not properly connected to the target, the target is not switched on, or the target is faulty. Check that the connector is correctly orientated and that the power to the target is per the manufacturer’s specifications.
