DESCRIPTION

Listhandler, handles the listings of the different fservers in seprated files and manges them, initial draw by by ~g/RRR Sorority Division extraction from core leverloda script, and object orientation by bboett.

search through the list files needs to empty the the search hits results eventually need a clean up from size info in the filenames

crop a line, remove beginning and trailing whitespace parse in a list of actual state for the requests and return a list of setted targets.

Save the actual state of the transfers or requested files

update the maximum trasnferrate for a fserver

check in a whole listing
