We'll start at 7pm, please try to be there at least 10 minutes before so we can handle introductions etc., and hopefully be done at 8pm, 20:30 at the latest!

Snacks

Seeing as we've scheduled it to interfere with everyone's dinner time, snacks will be provided. We aim to be done by 20:30 at the latest.

Everyone is welcome to join us for pizza afterwards at Divas in Observatory - just let us know beforehand so we can book. We'll migrate together and its not very far. The pizza is pretty good - at least last time I was there ( after last year's AGM ;) )

To get to the correct general area you need to get onto one of the N2 or M3 heading towards UCT. The 3 most likely routes are marked below:
Once you get onto campus you are looking for the RW James building (building 9 below) on University Avenue.

There is a large parking lot next the building and this is the best place to park. At the top of the parking lot is University Avenue heading south into the centre of campus - walk past the boom and the first entrance on your left will be the RW James building. There will be signs to the room where we are holding the meeting.
