To use Eliot, you need both the software and a dictionary.
These dictionaries are compiled in the binary format used by Eliot (version 1.6 or later). They have been created using the "compdic" program, provided with Eliot, and you can create your own dictionary in the same way (if you have the list of the authorized words). The "listdic" program, also provided with Eliot, allows to extract the list of words contained in the dictionary.
